Excellent service and attitude. They were able to get me in last minute. Arrived on time and quality or work was superb.

I was worried the carpet couldn't be saved after a few months with a new puppy.  Remarkablly, now you can't tell I have a puppy.  At least not my looking at the carpet.  Fast service and great work.

I called Accel on relatively short notice for a carpet cleaning and Guy exceeded our expectations. He was enthusiastic and professional during our initial phone call and happily answered my many questions. I wasn't able to be present for the carpet cleaning, but my husband was home and was so impressed with the work which is unusual for my husband. He said he could hear Guy scrubbing away for 20 minutes at a time on some of our stains that had been there since we moved in 5 years ago. When I came home I could see and feel the difference in the carpet. My husband also noted Guy to be very professional and polite; he put on booties as soon as he came in the house, and let us know to be sure to call him back if we were unhappy with the work in any way. I will definitely be calling Guy whenever we need our carpets cleaned. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this company to clean your carpets. I haven't written a review in so long but this company is worth writing. From the initial quote and from meeting Guy jr it went really well. The puppy urine on the carpet and living room rug and couch went away. I appreciate Guy jr attending to detail and professionalism. Also during covid having mask on to get the job done. The carpets look more cleaner from when we first moved in this condo. Makes me wonder if the old tenants didn't get someone professional. We are really happy with the outcome and just having clean carpets, couch rugs during this time makes us feel safe knowing our place is fresh and cleaned. Thank you so much! Typical me... I called last minute, just before Christmas, hoping for a miracle... Guy delivered!!! Not only did he respond promptly with a quote, he came in, conquered some serious square footage and God-awful stains, and did so on time, on budget and made me one happy lady! It was such nice peace of mind to know my carpets were sanitary and stain-free for Xmas morning and beyond. My daughters sneezed far less than usual, too! Guy is s great guy, who does a thorough job and is a friendly, professional!  He is very efficient and also brought all the equipment needed to dry everything up with professional room/carpet de- humidifier dryers... He put the furniture up on little blocks so that it would not get wet from the carpet which was very thoughtful. Right now I'm renting but when I become an owner I would definitely call him again!
